Professional Development

The Office of the Academic Dean and the Office of Sponsored Grants and Research support Earlham’s faculty in pursuing and obtaining funding for professional activities. Administrative faculty are eligible to apply for funding for work-related courses, conferences and other professional development through the Academic Professional Development Fund, in addition to professional development funds built into departmental budgets.

Title IX

Nearly all Earlham College employees are mandatory reporters under Title IX; in other words, if we see or hear evidenced of sexual harassment, we must report it to the Title IX coordinator.
